With 15+ years in game art, Jessie transitioned from 3D artist to studio founder. She studied Game Graphics Production at the award-winning Digital Arts & Entertainment program and has contributed to acclaimed titles like Alba: A Wildlife Adventure, Monument Valley, and Hello Kitty Island Adventure.
Jessie also founded The Game Collective, a global community where developers connect, learn, and grow.
She believes powerful visuals foster emotional player connection and leave a lasting impact beyond the screen.
Tom Nicholas
COO
With over 15 years in the games industry and a BAFTA member, Tom has led cross-functional efforts across QA, localisation, art, and co-development on award-winning titles including The Quarry, Little Nightmares, The Witcher and LEGO Star Wars series. He brings deep operational insight to project delivery and partner collaboration. Supporting studios through growth, live operations, and multi-platform releases.
